   @thelovebug Since I had trouble loading the podcast on my browser, I found an article first by the BBC:

   That answered my question about why just England & Wales before hearing the podcast.
   My main concern is why these dogs are being bred in the first place for domestic placement, when there are other breeds that work a whole lot better for the home, In this case it's probably supply meeting the demand, and in that case it comes down to the owners as well as the breeders.
