     @gemlog Gulf stream. To get temperature-equivalent latitude between Europe and the US you have to move Europe quite a ways south. Spain is on the latitude around New England but has a climate like maybe Georgia? South Sweden is kind of like New York maybe?

     Iceland is pretty green most of the year and Greenland is mostly full of ice. 😃

     @clacke Parts of my province and the one next door had snow last week. I've had frost.
     Warning about icy hwy on the radio as I was driving home a bit earlier tonight.
     Seems normal for here anyhow. Stockholm is 6d further north than me - I would have thought colder sooner really. TIL...
