Is there a deposit on wine bottles in BC? It seems strange to me that we don't have one in Quรฉbec, but maybe I'm just confused. -

Weird!
Mind you, we get so used to our home surroundings.
A few years ago I was astounded to learn that there are places in the world where there are not litter fees on things like pop bottles or beer cans - any beverage container. Such refundable deposits have been in force where I live for over 50 years by now.
