Quick processing of a first attempt at a nebula using the EdgeHD 800. Here's 111x2 minute exposures worth of North America nebula, using a one-shot color camera. Some dust that won't flat out is evident, and it needs some more careful processing, but overall I'm pretty happy with the data-capture capabilities of the rig.
I usually prefer "naturally" colored galaxies to hyper-saturated narrowband images of nebulae. But I can see the appeal on targets like this.
