We have employees literally around the world trying to comply with and work around central time obligations. Meanwhile we're trying to pin down timelines on an error but we're not sure in which timezones their desktops are recording the timestamps.
Some offices set their hardware clocks to local and adjust their desktop display to central. Some set their hardware clocks to central. It's insanity.

And your software generally doesn't want you using TAI.
