   Flooding and road closures reported in Little Rock / Phelan area ( #SR-138 and #SR-18 ), Victorville, Apple & Lucerne Valleys ( SR-18 ), Thousand Palms ( multiple streets flooded ), Barstow ( #I-15 ), Arcadia ( #I-210 ).
   
   Locally, we have an emergency alert for flash flooding recently sent out over cellular phones.
   
   I haven't gone out, so I haven't seen any flooding.

     Some wind gusts now, coming from an eastward direction. A little standing water in the yard, but not in a damage-causing way.

     The center of the storm seems to have passed us. Wind gusts have diminished and are coming from the south. Flash flood alert continued until 04:00.

     It is now quiet. No wind, no rain. I think the storm has passed us. We may get a rain band or two later, but I think we're unscathed.
