"Lock him up" is what comes after investigation, development of evidence, grand jury testimony, rulings by an impartial judges, a full and fair defense, selection of a representative jury for the trial, the hearing of testimony from honest witnesses, evaluation of the evidence by a jury, a conviction by a jury, appeals, then the "lock him up" part may happen.
Trump could also turn in the Republican billionaire donors who funded his coup, and avoid jail.
