Record your podcast and save as an mp3 file. Max 40 MB which corresponds to between 40-80 minutes depending on kbps. 2. Upload it right up in the feed with a description. 3. People can listen to the podcast directly in the mastodon feed. But also subscribe to it by taking your link to your profile, adding ".rss" at the end and pasting into any podcast app! 🥳
