Not that it matters, as my current role isn't going to be eligible in the first place. (Someone in the Q&A asked already and was told "no way" in a nice way.)-

Not a wise move when they're already having trouble obtaining techpeeps. Maybe if they raised all tech pay and just raised the one section more than others ... but AFAIK that is not currently being discussed. -
