     @marcolgato @Radical_EgoCom My kid was barely monolingual by 2, so yeah, I wonder.

     Full SVO sentences in first first language at two-something, second language at three-something, second first language at four-something when we moved to his mother's city.

     Couple of things.

     1. I don't believe it.

     2. If it was true I think it's impressive given that neither parent is bilingual.

     Source: I am a first generation immigrant and despite speaking to my children 100% in my mother language from the day they were born, neither of them speak it (but they do understand me).
