   @dgoldsmith @shuttersparks @ErinInTheMorn Just taking whatever measures they can to make it pass, with no respect for unwritten (or even written?) rules.
   
   The fact that they could do it in this coup-like manner looks like an exploit in the procedural rules that should be closed.
