Very cool: Wisconsin’s Noble Knight Games has decided to voluntarily recognize the union being formed by its employees — the workers won’t even have to vote.
Noble Knight is one of the biggest RPG stores in the world. Sounds like they resisted at first, but were convinced after customers and employees pushed hard for recognition.
