   Tomorrow visible security preparations begin for Emperor Xi's visit on Friday to celebrate Handover Day, the appointment of former police officer and Secretary for Security John Lee as Chief Executive, Hong Kong's half-term as protected by the Sino-British Joint Declaration and the victory over One Country, Two Systems.
   
   Wait ... I'm getting some corrections here ... ah yes, sorry ... it's President Xi, it's the S.A.R. Establishment Day, Lee was elected, the Joint Declaration is a historic document with no legal force and it's the victory *of* One Country, Two Systems. Sometimes I get the terminology a bit wrong.
