@I_Will_Wobble That small-business owner doesn't deserve to be disregarded and mistreated like that, and as soon as they give up the power to do the same thing to their workers, then their concerns should be addressed! You shouldn't leave your company high and dry, unless say for instance the company is the private property of someone else, and you're just an employee with no say over company decisions.
