Amazon has made the UX for returning books that you have borrowed through Kindle Unlimited so opaque that the top several pages of search results for “how to return a Kindle Unlimited book” are for ebooks called How To Return a Kindle Unlimited Book. This is SEO hell.

[Reportedly. I am not a user of the service and I am trying to find this out for my Mum, who is.]
Or, if you try and check out an eleventh book, you are prompted with a list of the ten books you currently have, and you can return one right there and then.

Some of these looks like they are dropping some hard truths about politics, or quirky knowledge about science, or advice on how to suceed in business, but it's literally just "how to click the thing: step 1, click the thing."
