  Boy wanted to make toffee to put on top of the pudding he made. We found a recipe and stirred up a storm.
  In a moment worthy of @vik I dabbed a fingertip in some toffee cooling on the baking sheet only to discover that sugar is very hot and also very sticky.
  Nice blister. Good thing I don’t need my fingertips for work.
