Hmm well, I believe that gun bans and mental health consultations are equally necessary. I'm not saying that the gunmen aren't guilty but at least they should have reasons to do terrible things right? We can prevent these if we can help solving their problem.But only focusing on the consultations without gun control is useless since it is one of the keys to prevent disasters. That's why I can't agree with Senator Ted Cruz; being free doesn't mean the necessity of possessing guns.

I think we should prioritize these:
1. Broaden the mental health/psychologic consultation across the country. Many people may have personal matters that give them too much pressure and can't handle them so they may express that by unfortunately gun shooting.
2. Ban the gun sales. To help point 1 goes into effect. -

In other words, there is no responsible gun ownership.
