I force myself to add things almost immediately, even if I think I will do them almost immediately, because (a) sometimes I get distracted and forget (b) sometimes I take longer (days/weeks) to get started than I expected
The only trouble is the mobile web support was unusable last time I tried it, so I only use it on my desktop and laptop.
