   Interviewing a potential future colleague in 30 minutes and I'm super nervous, haven't done this in almost a year.
   
   I want to ensure we get a good team and I want to treat people right. Two big responsibilities.

     @giffengrabber Thank you. This was a bit of a last minute announcement for us, so I scrambled to find my code examples from last year's interviews but couldn't find them.
     
     So we kind of winged the code part, just wrote up some trivial code on the spot, but I think it was good; We could see how the candidate asked questions, responded to guidance and drew conclusions from reading code.

     @giffengrabber 2 months later we're working with our new colleague, so far so good!
     
     They're fixing code, adding features, the reasonable codebases and the horrible.
