   hard to concentrate on doing anything, because we're going to look a house tomorrow and i'm just waiting for it.

     the house doesn't look too bad, i mean, for its age, price and location.

     i actually quite like the place after a first visit: very quiet, fast trains to city. downside is that there's only 10 trains daily, but we don't need to come to the city every day.

     of course there's lots to renovate, but as long as there's no structural schimmel it's not a show stopper. gonna need a professional check on that before buying.

     and of course we need to get a bank to trust us with a loan.
