My doctor asked me to eat eggs to see if it makes me feel better, so I found a neighbor who raises no-kill chickens as pets and arranged to buy a few eggs every week.
Let's see how I feel in a few months.

@mike to have me explore my health and nutrition following a scientific process rather than the opinions of strangers from the Internet :)
@dualhammers ??? get a new doctor, what could they possibly be trying to achieve???
@mike lol ok, bye
@dualhammers I hope you do explore. My perspective on medical advice is informed by the doctor whoβs negligence ended my mothers life, and the doctor whoβs ignorance and hubris destroyed mine before it even started. One must be oneβs own physician. A doctor can and should only advise.
Itβs alarming advice not just because of the externalities of violence and cruelty, but because eating eggs kills people. Statistically most people know someone whoβs dead from eating eggs. I would have been as incredulous if the advice were to start having a cigarette every day.
What are you going to do if it works, just keep eating eggs forever?
Anyway, while Iβve enjoyed your digital company and would like to continue doing so, it would be best if I let you explore this path on your own. Have a great life.
