   Just made a spreadsheet so I could enter all the segments of my show with their estimated runtime and try to get a realistic estimate of where the show might run short or long, and see which bits can be extended or cut short as needed.

     We currently have a comedy surplus of 7 minutes - unless nobody laughs at a bit and we need to borrow some funny from our future, hoping that there's some hilarious interest-based growth in the moment and we don't end up with a humour deficit by the close of the show and have to laboriously draw out some dull financial analogy in an act of pure desperation to get a laugh.
