Mrs Basil has received a speeding fine for a car she's never owned. Company flat out doesn't believe her.
Say she's has to get a letter saying she doesn't own the car and make a police statement that she doesn't own the car.
Doing my tits in.

@andyc seems like it's from a toll road, maybe a bridge, on Merseyside.
@andyc yeah, she's written to DVLA asking for a letter confirming she's not ever been the keeper. And will forward that to the company.
They are attempting to bully her essentially, I imagine standard procedure for hitting their targets.
@andyc She decided to take the V5 to the garage where she got her car from and ask if they knew what to do. They said yeah, we'll sort that out. The correct V5 arrived a few days later and all was forgotten.
@andyc yeah, it's legit.
When she bought her latest car, someone, somewhere, fucked something up. (Assuming incompetence over malicious intent).
So she received a V5 for this Porsche.
It was unclear how to correct the error with the DVLA. All their forms are geared towards correcting individual errors. (The reg plate isn't right, the colour isn't right, the model isn't right, etc.) Nothing for - "this is completely the wrong vehicle."
@andyc aye, tis a Porsche as well.
