     @rysiek they have time to implement this but they don't have time to appropriately redesign the file explorer so windows doesn't look like a Frankenstein of different design languages.

     To use a funny example, instead of a dystopian one: 
Imagine someone getting porn ads in their file explorer because of them having a porn folder
