     @meena it took 19 years, of which 13 were overtime. :D

     but yeah, all kinds of organizational clusterfucks. technically almost everything has gone well (only some minor quality errors that were corrected early on), but everyone in the consortium has been accusing and suing everyone else of the delivery problems.
