@thor I mean, the whole point is that it isn’t based on these things, propaganda is not targeted at individuals but at crowds, and crowds are very simple, they work not on any desires you mention but simply conformity to the group

I believe there’s even quotes in these works that says you can specifically go against an individual’s nature, wants, and needs by targeting them based on group
