Supermarket closes at 8 pm, but it doesn't matter as the meat, fruit and vegetables are gone from the shelves anyway. -

I haven't looked up what that means, but in practice I guess it means adapt measures according to situation with the aim to get back to zero.
Not sure if that's possible with over 200 k known cases currently active. -

They look at me strange when I say "it's just a fever, let him rest and drink water and we'll see tomorrow if it's still there" rather than rushing the kid to a clinic at the slightest discomfort. -

I checked recent news reports on this from HK and it seems people are calling for ambulances when they have no symptoms? Are they still aiming for covid zero? It wasn't clear from the article I read.

There was a jump last week as they changed from having a double-check latency to treating all RAT positives as positive right away. That explains the artifact of cases going up then down, that was the backlog going away. -
Elias MÃ¥rtenson (loke@functional.cafe)'s status on Wednesday, 02-Mar-2022 04:30:16 UTC Elias MÃ¥rtenson @clacke sounds to me me like it means accepting it to be endemic while both admitting it's endemic. Here they're doing the opposite, saying it's endemic but keeping measures in place that only made sense when they're going for covid zero.
In fact, even during the height of the pandemic they kept claiming they weren't going for covid zero, when in practice actually doing it.
