   According to this Swedish blog, Russia is failing to advance, tanks are running out of gas, soldiers are dying and their own medical capacity is so low that they are giving their wounded to Ukrainian hospitals.
   
   Ukraine is winning the meme war with old ladies and passing drivers mocking Russian soldiers and tanks and a smiling Ukrainian soldier telling Russian troops they're getting droned and better give up right now.
   
   Threads on Twitter are remarking that Russian tactics and equipment seem surprisingly outdated.

     I have some direct contact with some people over there, and according to them, the morale is rising quickly since the vatniks is struggling

     As I boosted this, I feel the need to add that I have no idea how much of this is how true (already saw some of what you mentioned in other places, but that doesn't mean much).
     Well, at least it looks like Ukraine is winning on the social media front, and that's something, right?

     @clacke Do they explain by any chance why Sweden one of the greatest weapons exporters in Europe hesitate to send military (defensive) aid to Ukraine?

     @fudgel It is standard Swedish policy to sell arms only to countries currently at peace or to fulfill existing contracts.
     
     The cabinet can make an exception to the rule and many people are asking them to do so.
