@rek A lot to learn, but also very useful IMO!
Also, agree β CPR is super duper demanding; I'm always kinda insecure and anxious about not being able to perform it properly if/when it'll be needed.
We also have to take a "refresher" course every two years in Italy to keep the BLS certification β tough, but I feel like all in all it's reasonable.
@rek turns out doing all the work of someone's lungs and heart for them is a lot of replacement muscle π
