@lxo Scotland could have left the UK had they voted yes to that. But that's not what I meant. The Social Democrats took power in Sweden as people didn't like what the parties existing before that were doing. That wouldn't have been possible via entryism, their ideology was unpalatable to the existing parties and any social democratic members of an imagined Central Democratic Unity Party would have been sidelined.

great question. can you name any jurisdiction that grants any citizen or group of citizens the right to fork the existing power structure and proceed independently from them?
AFAIK even inciting secession is criminalized most everywhere
