My girlfriend is slowly showing an interest in the #fediverse! 😁

I'm trying to keep things lowkey - she's not really on social media except for esoteric, lighthearted stuff on Tumblr (fandoms, funny pieces of writing, scifi, writing prompts). I'm just trying to figure out which instance-space would be a good starting point for her? :thaenkin:
