This is a good start, but unfortunately a disclaimer is not nearly enough. Bad actors will happily add a "token disclaimer" which is in every way non-congruent with the content of their communication.
In my opinion, the use of disclaimers should in fact be regarded as a red flag. It should be expected that communicators set realistic expectations in the very content of the communication itself.

    According to the release any posts in Spain that promote crypto in must include a disclaimer, indicating the associated risks.
