it's a shame that the picture at https://www.openlogic.com/open-at-home make us look less diverse than we are. These guys aren't all from my team, but still; 11 whities out of a team of 14. No women.
You would think a company that previously had a female CEO (now chair of board), and where my boss' boss is a female would be able to get 1 female speaker out of 17.
What's really weird is, as far as I am aware, literally all of the marketing people putting on the event are female: Megan, Chelsea, Julia, and Rachel...and Megan mentioned another name, Stephanie, I think, that will be helping on event day.

Shelby, not Stephanie, I think.

Oh, wow. Yeah that does look pretty monocultured.

the video at https://www.perforce.com/company/our-culture tells a different story, but as of the 2010 census, Minnesota was 85% white. You definitely see that in the Minnesota office.
Most of those videos were taken in the Minneapolis office, but some of them were taken in the California office.
Fun fact: "From the 19th century until about 1950, Minneapolis hovered around 99.0% white."

so, there's a Shelby and a Steph...and a Kara.

@musicman When I hear “Shelby”, I think of Ford racing cars 🏎. But it is good to hear that there are people other than the monoculture that is displayed on that page you linked.
