   On the phone with Kenny from work. He says his area of #NorCal is in the middle of a heat wave, with temperatures over 100F.
   
   We have that here, but this is the first day of it and it should last until Monday.

     HR is holding up a pay increase that we were promised years ago.
     
     I don't expect that we'll get back pay for the entire period that we've been waiting, either.
