   There’s some conflict between the two organizational units in this building, so our managers decided that we cannot support the other unit’s staff. #Stupid

     The other unit borrowed someone from a third unit here in #NorCal, but he got wind of the conflict and went back to his regular location. They’re currently trying to work out a way to fund coverage.
     
     (Legitimately, there are some questions about units funded by completely different appropriations sharing staff. I just don’t think “we cannot help your users” makes sense. If nothing else, unit A can bill unit B for providing support time.)
