@mewmew @anna The first person (Coco Chanel) that @lain had as their avatar was bona-fide executed as a German WWII spy.

The person that @lain then switched it to (Mata Hari) was apparently executed as a German WWI spy. I did a very lazy lookup on wikipedia and misread it, making a jump from a quick scan and assuming they were in the same category.

But maybe that's the joke. If so though, I'd say that reinforces the "not helpful on confusing messaging" aspect.
