snowdusk@visiblink Encourage young ppl to vote and increase their active participation in the running of their gov'ts. This is the a huge problem here in Canada (at least in the area where I live) -- most voters are in the older stratum who are already stuck in the status quo of things. Also, boycotting elections do not help. These boycotters are usually the ones who complain about the gov't.
