Failure to comply with discovery in a libel case when you’re the plaintiff and the defendant asserts a truth defense is just plain stupid. No matter how much you think you are self-evidently right you still need to comply with a judge’s orders. Losing like this in a libel-friendly jurisdiction like BC indicates a huge problem.
