It becomes an IG investigation even if I am accidentally off by a single digit. Consolidating and reducing the number of federal crimes on the books is increasingly essential.
I suspect the US Attorney will decide to not prosecute. The IG statutes and the breadth of federal crimes are just too broad. This is another example.
