@dick_turpin Could the folks at BuPrisons have screwed up that badly without any outside influence? YES. They got hit by personnel losses just as hard as my bureau did during the 35 day shutdown where people gave up & quit en masse. They too have been told by the Congress that they would not get authority to make whole their losses. We can’t run mandatory overtime at every bureau expecting 2 to do the work of 5 at the same quality but yet the delusional legislators insist on it.
