     I try not to over think things, and get pessimistic. but, if I had anything to add. I would say ...
     
     Try to take active measures to build resilience, both individually and communally.
     
     Talk to your neighbours.
     Discuss community resilience.
     Raise awareness.
     Learn skills (growing food, cooking)
     
     Even if the chaos times don't happen, you will have made friends with your neighbours!
