   My current trainee was working in tech support when I was still in college ... or maybe high school. But he’s got a very low tolerance for ambiguity, which makes it really difficult to give him the kind of specificity that he’s comfortable with. I hope he starts to feel more comfortable soon, so he requires less handholding.
