It amuses me that people want an increase in performance quality while yet insisting we “do more with less”. Apparently we are getting critically understaffed in the processing centers. Paper cases are just sitting unworked at some sites.

We’re going to have to choose soon if we want to answer phones or process the paper. Sadly we are running out of warm bodies to be able to do both at once. People trying to force matters in their individual cases into being expedited cause damage too.
