That gives you 127 votes. The goal is 218. If those three groupings come out fully against the budget deal *as expected* and another 91 come out against it then it is toast. These can be found fairly easily, I think, among just the GOP.

Anybody thinking it is a sure thing that the budget agreement is going to easily pass has a more optimistic whip count than me. The Mueller hearings will whip up a further frenzy tomorrow. Any immigration craziness will also whip up a frenzy. Either of those two things would bring the Progressive Caucus on-board and then finding the remaining 91 would probably be fairly simple.
