No, “right turn on red” is not *mandatory* and if I can’t even see around the vehicle in the lane next to me I generally won’t try to inch out to look. Vehicles are bigger in Mentor and getting my little Subaru out there is difficult enough without getting hit. Gesticulating wildly in hopes that you catch my attention in my rear view mirror is stupid.

I’m sorry, the route sign indicates it is Interstate Route 90. The speed limit is a mere 70 miles per hour. Doing 75 is bad enough as it is.
