      @steve might consider making html an intermediate step. Html is best source for ebooks and latex has a good package for converting to html: tex4ht.

      Yeah, the LATEX->HTML->EPUB worked great. I will see if I can make the file available via MediaGoblin. If not, I will find another way to distribute it...
