I think @wingo wrote up a very basic org-mode parser (???) at some point that might also be able to be used.

@cwebber @wingo @dthompson I'm fairly far down the ox-haunt path right now; I've got it exporting my current posts in Org to something that html-reader can deal with. It isn't really novel as I'm mostly piggybacking on ox-html, but so far I've enjoyed being able to specify metadata as Org affiliated keywords, and being able to automate the copying of inlined images to a HAUNT_BASE_DIR is nice too.
That said, I'd hop on an org-reader in a jiffy if someone wrote one.
