Internet is down. It’s still down.
My phone is VoIP. No IP, no Vo. I use Mark’s phone to call Comcast.
“Are you calling about inactive equipment charges on your bill? If so, press 1.”
I’m not so I wait.“Are you calling about inactive equipment charges on your bill? If so, press 1.”
Note to self: check bill.
Eventually transferred to the next queue.
“Did you know you can check for outages in your area at xfinity.comcast.com?”
Me: …are you serious?...
Eventually told there is an outage in my area and it is being worked on.
