The tax agency office there may be one of the area’s major employers.
I could be completely wrong, of course. I rarely venture into the California Central Valleys (Sacramento and San Joaquin), and then only as a passthrough to go somewhere else. #CA-

Their Submission Processing function (handling paper returns) will suffer ramp-down soon as Cincinnati/Covington is finishing their SP ramp-down. The campus in Fresno will maintain some major functions, though.
In terms of efficiency & productivity, they’re too often a net negative to their overall agency enterprise.

From what I remember, those people were always very nice, quite unlike my agency’s own staff and the employees of the other two companies that were in the building.
