   For a centrist democrat, I do like Kamala Harris' work since she became a congressperson. I'm further left than that so not my #1 choice but she's done the "centrist democrat" job pretty well as far as that position goes.

   If Kamala could reverse time and select "defense lawyer" rather than "prosecutor" I think she'd be a 100% shoo-in for the centrist democrat side of the democratic primary. In the meanwhile I guess that'll be an uphill battle.

   Primary season will be interesting...

     to be clear, my post wasn't an endorsement or really any deep analysis other than "gosh the alternate timeline where Kamala was a defense attorney sure would look different", but maybe that's a comment with 0 substance
